Box Drinks

Assorted box drinks

First entry "Kiwi & Apple flavor"

The taste is a bit sweet overall I give 3 out of 5 star.

Second entry "Grape flavor"

I expected it to bit a bit sour but it is sweet instead. I give it a 3 out of 5 star.

Third entry is "Peach & Lemon flavor"

Oh my god!!! that's what I can say after I have a sip of it. Who in the hell think of this flavor. The taste is horrible. I think pure peach or lemon will be better. I give 1 over 5 star for this one.

Fourth entry is "Mango flavor"

The taste is just nice just not too sour or too sweet. I give it a 4 out of 5 star.

Last entry " Apple flavor"

Awesome!!! That's the word that come thru my mind when I taste this. I think this is the best flavor of all. I give a full 5 star for this.

Swift Codes For Malaysian Banks

Malaysian Banks SWIFT codes

SWIFT code is an industry cooperative that provides a standard format for transmitting payments, stock transactions, letters of credit and other financial messages to more than 7,500 member banks, broker-dealers and investment organizations around the world. Founded in 1973 as the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, millions of transactions worth several trillions of dollars are sent each day with an average transit time of 20 seconds. Working like a bank routing number, a SWIFT code is widely used to transfer funds between banks.

Cheap sales

Today I went to the grocery store to buy some stuff and I saw this. Selling it for half price only. "This must be a lucky day" I told myself.

It came in two flavor one is chocolate and the other one is coffee.

There were 10 small package nicely packed in the box. I wonder how it looks lets open the package

After opening the package I took the first bite and the taste is awesome. I personally preferred the coffee flavor.

The package also come with a free 100g chocolate cream cookies.

The reason they sell it for half price because the expire date is almost near. As for me I would finish it less than a week. An hour later I went back there and there were only few box left. I manage to bought 2 box.

Internet connection (cable)

Internet connection in Malaysia

In the past 10 years I remember connecting to the internet using dial up connection and it is very very expensive and slow. I have heard that there were case where one disconnected and reconnect to a overseas line and the phone bill jumps like hell.

In Malaysia the current biggest internet provider is TMnet Streamyx, a subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia offering ADSL connection from the basic 384 kbit/s up to 4 Mbit/s.

Fot the 4 Mbit/s speed is only available at Cyberjaya area.

Good news for those that stay at Penang island where there is another brodband company "Penangfon" offering fiber optic connection where the upload and download speed is 2 Mbit/s and the monthly free is much cheaper than TMnet Streamyx.

For Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area there is another fiber optic services "Metrofon" for condominiums and apartments.

Price for internet connection here is quite expensive. Fiber optic connection is still new here and only a few company offering fiber optics for residential.

To bad I'am not staying in the Penang island or else I would personally recommended
"Penangfon". If compare to the connection speed and the price where I have to pay about RM 66 /month for the speed of 512 kbit/s "TMnet Streamyx" and compare to RM 60 /month for the speed 2 Mbit/s
"Penangfon".

There were pros and cons from this two services provider

The pros for "Penangfon" is, long term usage may save a lot of money for those heavy user.

The cons is "Penangfon" is, you have to pay more for the first payment because of the installation fee "can not done a self installation because special tools is need for the fiber optics connection installation" and where one can waive the installation fee for "TMnet Streamyx" and done a self installation "this is very easy actually".

I just hope more fiber optic service provider in the future.
